As Chinese New Year is around the corner, new year preparation is a hive of activity on pedestrain streets in Guiyang, Guizhou, SW China.

随着中国春年即将来临，在贵州贵阳，大街上人们正在热火朝天备年货。

On Qingyun Road, a famous bustling food street in the city of Guiyang, people are busy doing Spring Festival shopping.

贵阳潮流网红街青云路上，年味尤浓。

Guizhou foods like Larou (Guizhou cured meat), tangyuan, and farm fresh eggs are top-selling items. Besides, stalls sellling calligraphy works, paintings, and sugar painting, a Chinese folk handicrafts using sugar as material for creation, are also crowded with people.

各种腊肉、汤圆、土鸡蛋……成了这条街的主角，除此之外，还有书法字画、糖画，买的、卖的挤满了老街，增加了浓浓的年味。
